All orders placed through our website are for in-person pickup (Local Pickup) only. We do not offer delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you will be present at our location to pick it up during our business hours.
Street Munchies MKE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, product unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). A sales tax of 7.9% will be applied in accordance with Milwaukee County regulations. The final total, including taxes, will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Payments
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment platform (WooPayments / Stripe). By providing your payment information, you authorize Street Munchies MKE to charge the full amount of your order, including taxes and tip (if applicable).
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. Street Munchies MKE does not store credit card data on our servers.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of prepared food, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once an order has been confirmed and processed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us directly at the time of pickup or reach out through our customer service channels.

By creating an account on our website, you represent that:
